Invest as Aggressively or Conservatively as You Like
You can invest your contributions in stocks, bonds, mutual funds, or high yield money market funds. The choice is up to you. Each account held with us is protected up to the net equity of your securities positions. SIPC (Securities Investor Protection Corp.) provides the first $500,000 of coverage (including $100,000 for cash balances). The additional excess SIPC coverage is provided by Customer Asset Protection Company, a licensed Vermont insurer.

With Valet, your deposits, investment income, and proceeds from sales of securities are "swept" daily to a high yield, money market fund of your choice.

Direct Deposit
Put your money to work immediately by having your payroll, pension, or social security benefits deposited directly into your Valet account. Recipients of Social Security Benefits can obtain a direct deposit form from the Social Security website at http://www.ssa.gov/deposit/index.htm or by calling Social Security at 1-800-772-1213.
Instant Credit
Borrow against the value of eligible securities to purchase additional securities or to obtain funds for other personal needs. As a Valet client, your marginable securities generate automatic overdraft protection when you write checks or use your Visa® Gold debit card. The interest on your margin loan may be tax deductible. Consult your tax preparer for more information.
